I Really Need Your Help

Hello, i have some problems with excel for example power query formulas don't work this means the formula doesn't show when i work in custom column mode. Or if i open a new excel workbook sometimes the power pivot ribbon is missing... and a lot strange things. I updated debug my version (office 2019 professional plus) i made repair online and clean uninstall and install on my windows account again but these problems are still exist. Any suggestions? I am really disappointed because i cant work properly. Thanks !
