Hyperlinks not working in Excel 2013

Until recently my hyperlinks worked in Excel 2013. Now I am getting an error message. (Your organization's policies are preventing completing this action for you. For more information, please contact your help desk). I have a Dell Inspiron 15 running Windows 10. I have looked all over the internet for a solution with no help. All of my worksheets have hyperlinks in them and would be lost without the use of them. Thank You, Ted S
 
I do not have a help desk to contact. Excel is on my personal computer. In 2013 I purchased a Professional version of Excel. Installed it on my laptop and it worked fine with the hyperlinks up until recently when it started to give me the error message.

What have You changed with Your Dell?
... done some updates with ... Windows 10.
... anyway, something has changed ... and only You could know that.
