How to write down the cost of every 10 weeks by March 31 Formula

We have prepared 80% of the project for the Poultry Farm Unit.
The remaining 20% are waiting for your help.

The data will be available from April 1 to March 31, according to the Indian financial year There are 3 types of processes by which chickens lay eggs

10 weeks in the brooder cage from the date of purchase

After 10 weeks in the Grover cage comes the still 20 weeks of age

The hen lays eggs for up to 52 weeks We then sell the chicken for meat.

These are all formulas but the calculations are calculated according to the dates we have entered but not according to the financial year.

This means that if you want a stage for 10 weeks, that stage starts on 9-2-23 and ends on 20-4-23 Then the formula we laid out is only counting up to 9-2-23 not considering 31-3-23 Each stage must be considered by March 31st which means writing any formula

How much is the cost of the cost we have in the stage of the formula

The attached shows an approach to calculating the overlap between a set of intervals such as those rearing batches of chicks and financial years. There is little point in my refactoring your workbook because the methods I use are not those that you would use.
You will find that more specific and narrowly focussed Excel questions are more likely to get a response.
Anyway, in case it helps, the approach I take to calculating overlapping time periods and associated costs is to subtract the later start-time from the earlier end-time. If the result is positive, go with it; if it is negative the ranges do not overlap so replace negative intervals by zero.

Thank you for taking your valuable time to solve our problem. Very nice sir, the formula you have given for the first step is 100000% accurate. If you link to these dates, will it fit into the second and third steps as well, sir? We did not expect an actual answer to this question. Thank you very much We have not been able to appease Mavalla Sir for 25 days. We have added batch dates with SUMIF function We wrote another batch of things that went through the year, sir. Sir, the formula you have written is very guiding and can be presented very easily sir We thank you very much This formula you have written is very useful.
