How to select a big selection in a Microsoft Excel

We have 8000 rows in excel. If I want to scroll down to reach the last row to select, that would take a lot of time. What would be an easy solution for selecting a big chunk of rows?

Goto the Top Left corner of your data area

If it is A1 you can use Ctrl Home


Ctrl Shift End will select all cells from the Top left down to the Bottom Right of your Data

Ctrl End will move to the bottom right of your data but wont select the range


My favorite: If you are in the middle of a block of data that you want to select Ctrl *
