How to retrieve the excel password

I have created one excel file and set the password but unfortunately i forget the password. kindly guide how to retrieve the password through vba macros.

hi i am asking for the password set in general option like open the workbook

You'll never get that with VBA. you'd need a specialist password recovery program (cue the spammers).
