How to remove gaps and #NA from bar chart

Hi,

I have created a dynamic chart based on checkbox selection. I am using NA() instead of "" in the if function. The problem here is with the chart. It displays the #NA. Also in my data range, if the last/third section is used in the chart (based on 3rd checkbox), the chart shows all the #NA in the start with a gap and column bars showed in the last part of chart.

How to remove the gaps and #NA and show only the column bars?

I've googled, but didnt find a solution. Tried changing to zero and then custom number format. but the #NA is not going nor the gap. Pl help

Hi Asheesh & SM,

Thanks for looking into this. Attached is a sample file. Chart should come in the first sheet. Now the chart is in second sheet. If you see, the chart is showing #NA for the items which are not checked via checkbox in first sheet. I need to show the status (completed/not completed) for all the vertical for the selected one.
Expecting an early reply... Thanks in advance
