How to plot graph of extracted data for specified date range

I have already extracted the data in Sheet 2 of the attached file but I am unable to plot the graph for the same.

I need dates on horizontal axis and line graph of performance & average.

Please help! Thanks in advance!

But the original data is too complex to fit into a graph. Is there anyother way to present it in visual format/graphical format?

Whenever I am trying to plot the graph, it displays a text stating "data range is too complex to be displayed."

Please help me out!
