How to keep the text format after closed the excel/CSV file?

Hello,

I am working as an accountant now and for month end, I have to post the transaction file in CSV to our system. The system required the period in "Text", but if I close the file, the format will change to "Custom". Is it any way to lock the format, so I don't have to change it to "Text" anytime get in and out?
