How to insert a sub-sheet.

Greetings!

In a workbook, i have 20 sheets of data.
Now i have some new data that pertains to sheet4 & sheet5.
So, for the sake of convenience (and quick access), can i insert a sub-sheet between sheet4 & sheet5.?
I know i can have my data in sheet21 and then drag sheet21 to in-between sheet4 & sheet5.
But my question is regarding inserting a sub-sheet.

I know it's late, and that working at night is tiring, and a lot of ands, but I haven't drunk any alcohol at all, so... what's a sub-sheet? Please elaborate, or better indeed, patent it! I want my 15%.
If it's a normal new sheet, just place it between those related, by dragging it from the tabs.

Instead of inserting sheet21 and then dragging it. insert a new sheet between sheet4 & sheet5, it will show as sheet21. All sheets are normal sheets, there is no sub-sheet in excel
