How to identify or quantify which input assumption(s) have strongest impact on outcome

I've built a detailed monthly financial projection model with a relatively large number of key assumptions or drivers.
I'd like to quantify which assumptions have 'bigger' or more outsized impact on several measurable outcomes.

Suspect that regression analysis or other Toolpak add in is tailor made for this ... though i am unclear which tool and how to manage given there are so many potential variables (more than 15-30) that influence the outcome. The basic tools I'd normally use like a two (or even 3/4) variable 'data are not enough.

Any leads or suggestions on where to look would be much appreciated.
