How to highlight the cell base columns?

Hi,

I want to create a VBA macro which will highlight the cell if data is not matching with sample data :
Like column A = Phone, then Column B should be wireless or 3G or 4G. If not then it will highlight the cell.

Please help

I am attaching the sample file. I want Column B to highlighted in RED, If Column B is "iPhone" and Column C is "Used".

Please give me coding for this.

You could add an Excel-file,
but seems that You skipped other case.
