How to get Hex value of a cell with background colour

Please advice on how i can get the hex value of the cells that are highlighted with a specific color.

For example, From the attached worksheet, i would like to have the Hex value in column E once the fill color in Column A changes when each of the hyperlinks on Column I is clicked.
