Fact: Total number of rows and columns on a worksheet are 1,048,576 rows by 16,384 columns.
Do You really would like to fill blank cells?

What kind of instructions do You have?

However, each category has name but not replicated to each row and i want auto that step in marco to proceed with other following steps. Hi Lady !
According to any forum rules, you forgot to post a link on every other forum where you have created the same thread
so this is considered as a wild cross posting !
