How to extract distinctive list from two excel sheet in a file.

I have a purchase list and i downloaded from a file from gst portal.and saved both list in a single excel file contains two sheets now i want to extract distinctive party names from 2 sheets into another empty sheet so that i can make formula for reconciliation
