How to deal with message "Do you want to replace the contents of the destination cells?

I have an excel file with data in a table. There are some cells with value and some cells are empty. Whenever I am trying to drag the data one cell to another, it shows me a dialog box "Do you want to replace the contents of the destination cells?"

Well, I want to deal with this issue. When the destination cells are empty, I do not want this dialog box to appear. When the destination cells are not empty, I want this dialog box because if user is trying to drag data in a destination cell where data already exists, I want this dialog box to alert the user.

I am attaching sample sheet.

Under Excel Options Advanced , have you unchecked the checkbox labelled :

Alert before overwriting cells
