How to create Sheet with the name after entering the data

Hi All,
Greeting for the Day!
Hope all you doing well! still I need your help once again and I hope you can get me out of this problem. my requirement is as below;


If I enter the name in column A highlighted with yellow color and after that I fill the complete details in the form where applicable, and press shortcut key to run the macro, New sheet with the name entered should be generated separately and same thing I repeat for another employee, another employee sheet should be generated in the same work book.
