How to create a hyperlink in Excel 2016 to go to a specific person in my Outlook 2016 address book?

I am wondering if there is a way in a worksheet where I have a person's name in a spreadsheet as a contact person for registering police officers for a class at a specific school, that can be linked to their contact info in my Outlook 2016 address book. This would save time when I have to register someone for a class.
