how to count how many times a name appears against specific data range

Hi all,

I am trying to find a formula to work out how many times a name appears against a specific month over multiple sheets but the formulas I've tried seem to give me the total of all the data. I've tried countifs and Sumproduct

So for example I need to work out how many times "Ben" appears against "October" over multiple sheets.

In my spreadsheet, column B shows "Ben" and Column C shows the month and I need this data on a separate sheet.

Hopefully this makes sense and someone can help me, I've been on this all day and I'm ready to pull my hair out.
