How to copy and paste without loosing the format?

I didn't think this was worthy for the "Ask an Excel Question" forum so that's why it's here in the Lounge.
Please refer to this link:
I would like to copy the "Fractions" column from this link to an Excel spreadsheet without losing the format. When I try, some fractions copy ok and the others are mistaken for a date.

Alternatively just put =(ROW()-1)/64 in A2 & fill down as far as needed & format as fraction, Up to 2 digits
