How to compare two workbooks

Hi All,
Good day...

Please give me idea about how to compare two workbooks.

ex:
Match Country name with Sheet2 and paste sheet2 value in sheet1, if sheet2 value >sheet1 "Highlighted sheet 1 cell in RED", if sheet2 value <sheet1 value, "Highlighted sheet 1 cells in green"
