How to Calculate the interval of event occurrence

Hello Excel Experts,

I'm a newbie in Excel. Like to get some advice about how to use formulas to reorganize a data matrix and then calculate the interval of event occurrence. Please find attached raw data and expected results with detailed conditions. Thank you very much for your time.

Data: The hospital admission and discharge
Goal: Calculate the interval between 1st discharge and 1st re-admission (after 1st discharge) in days. The logic is to detect if there is re-admission occurrence after 1st discharge within the measurement period and then calculate the interval of occurrence if applied.

Thank you for trying to help me out but looks like Pivot-Table cannot answer my questions. Is it possible using formulas to implement what I need? Thank you very much for your time and help!
