How to auto protect Excel File

Need to your help!

My requirement is i wanted to lock /protect every excel file which creating newly.

And the should i wanted to put as a file name.

Can anyone help me on this query.

why not adding a password when you save a workbook ? …​

for opening a workbook only i required the password and it should be automated for every file.

And password should be i wanted to put as a file name.

Pls help
