How to add many images of people to a nine box grid

I have a database of qualified staff by type of talent, I want to start on the matrix nine box (attached) according to their type of talent (with name and image of each collaborator).
it's a start of work based on an example of "jacques boisgontier" found on the internet that requires your advice and support to improve this file and it updates the matrix with each modification.

Is it possible to represent the employees in the nine box matrix by their personal photo automatically. the attached model found on this forum in August 2019 can it be adapted to this request
