How do you put text from another cell in a sentence?

Hello. A3 has a value. I want in A4 to have the sentence My car is A3. I want A3 to show the value of A3.
 
Thanks. The only problem is that I want to have words or full stop after A3. How can I do this?
 
="My car is " & A3 & " other words."

Please study the concatenation operator "&" further to understand how to build formulas like this.
