How do i set this up to get the desired dashboard look?

Hi Guys,

I have my data set up like this and this is the way it comes in (The work type is above the the TOTAL, TIME AND NET HOURS) - for some reason its not posting the way it looks in my spreadsheet.

What i want to be able to do is create a dashboard that can summarize by monthly, weekly up to the past 13 weeks (total for each week up to 13 weeks ago), by days ie (if i selected Tuesday, then all Tuesdays scores for past 13 weeks the same as the week)

I guess i can create a slicer but i cant the way my data is set up. How can i get around this and then create a dashboard that allows me to filter by my criteria?
