how can I liste the month reports

I want just figure the chosen month. But the offset formule make me complicate to do. In the uploaded file I have done the exemple. Can someone give me a help I can do further. In the page "the chosen report" cel C1 I can make the selection and in cel C3 to K24 I want to have the values of the chosen month. The values will be found on the page "month reports".

I put in the "month reports" 2 lines (yellow) more in the chose report I do't can modify.

Hi ,

See the attached file.

Since the formula is an array formula , Excel prevents any insertion / deletion of rows / columns within the range.

Copy the formula somewhere else.

Clear the range by selecting it and pressing the DEL key.

Insert the desired rows / columns.

Copy the formula , and after selecting the modified range , paste it. This will now be pasted as a normal formula. To enter it as an array formula so that it gives the correct output , place the cursor in the top left corner cell of the range , say C3. Select the entire range , press F2 , and then press CTRL SHIFT ENTER.

I would try to understand your formula and copy past the same but i am getting first value 512.14 i drag to next cell same result, even i used ctrl+shift enter.

May i know how to get the column values ? please explain

Dear Brother,
Kindly follow the following steps:
1) Open the uploaded file, Sample-2 (the one that you have re-uploaded)
2) Go to Sheet: the Choosen Report
3) Place your Cell Pointer in Cell C1 (or simply Select Cell: C1)
4) a Dropdown Arrow appears to the Right of the cell C1
5) click on the arrow and select the month from the list
6) every month you select from the list, its data values will be shown

I know its your formula working.

Please check the file i attached, in that from 29th row i tried same formula to get the result.

• Select the range C30:K41
• Press F2
• Paste
• Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
