Hours formula

Hi all,

1) Am looking for an excel formula in which its calculate the total number of hours working per week excluding saturdays, sundays and public holidays. It should be a cumulative of hours per week.

Note that I have different working hours for different countries.

2) Am also looking for a formula in which it tell whether my staff is active or not active base on my START and RESIGNED Date.

Use the Networkdays.Intl function.

NETWORKDAYS.INTL Function

The Excel NETWORKDAYS.INTL function calculates the number of working days between two dates. NETWORKDAYS.INTL can optionally exclude a list of holidays and provides a way to specify which days of the week are considered weekends.
