HLOOKUP with additional Values

Hi, I have been trying to get a values from "Data" sheet to "New" according to E1, E2, E3 as "X" values in the table available in sheet.

I tried and put a formula but could not get what i want if someone can please help me in this regard.

I would really appreciate the help.

Yes its working now! but how to get the result according to the review number in formula as well as with employee number.

One more issue is when i modify or update any answer in Backend Data sheet its result should appear in sheet "New". but it doesn't appear.

how to get the result ...
As You're using there many formulas
... You should add know cell selection which data You would like to use
... add second Match to that other results
If You would use VBA to solve New-sheets result, then that would be other story

One more issue ...
with formulas - It seems to work as You have Calculation in Automatic
with VBA - It would work as You ask it happen

I have tried at my end to solve what i want but could not done this.
I don't want to use the VBA because it will create more complexity for me to understand and modify it.

It would be humble request you to please make a required formula which give result in "Further Details" table according to the employee code and review number.

in Backend Data sheet first column is Review# and Second is Empl#.
IF emp# is 1 and review# is 1 then it should show the result from "D2:AV2" as "X" in "New" sheet in "Further Details" table.

Even if i modify the any result in Backend Data sheet in "ans" it should provide the accurate result.

I have been trying from the last three days but could not make the formula.

> Modify E1 or E2 -values
> Do selection from G1
> always after modify 'something' new-should refresh
I added there that year-option too.
