can someone help with a formula if a manifest is pass on time or late before vessel permission is granted if cell A is the vessel ETA 01/01/2019 10:00am and Cell B 01/01/2019 10:50am permit granted to vessel and manifest is pass 01/01/2019 11:50 need formula to tell late and on time and if both permit time and manifest time is equall then it ok
