Help Required on moving graph

Hi Friends,

Attached are two excels i.e., Analysis.xlsm and Analysis-Updated.xlsm, both of them inspired from this blog only.

The analysis.xlsm is something i managed to create on my own in which the volume and aht move from hospital to hospital.

but in the analysis-updated in need the graph to switch between the weekly and monthly volumes of fido2 and timecards sw entry...the framework for which has been done in the sheet.

Please advise...

Thanks in advance...

I'm not sure what you are trying to do with the data or the Chart on Analysis-Updated. In your Analysis workbook the locations (Cedars) have both volume and AHT but in the Updated workbook are you trying to chart the number of entries and FIDO but also want to switch between monthly and Weekly?

In that case you wouldn't really need the hyperlink model that you are trying to use because you would only be switching between 1 of two choices. An easier option would be a form control (i.e. Option buttons).

The attached is a quick and simply chart with an Volume Option button using your data. See if that will work for you.
Again, with only having two choices (Weekly or Monthly) I wouldn't go through the hassle of the hyperlink chart unless you just really like the way it functions.

In order for the chart to have the correct data I first used 3 calculated columns that change based on the option button (AC3:AE53). Next I set a Named Range for each column (lstVolume, lstTimecard, lstFIDEO). Each named range contains an offset formula (this is important to make the chart look clean and have the correct x-axis labels). Finally use those named ranges as your series for your chart. See 2-4 for more examples and tutorial: http://chandoo.org/wp/2009/10/15/dynamic-chart-data-series/.

Attached is your repaired data.
