Hardcode Values based on certain date in a column

Hi all - I am trying to figure out a way to hardcode certain cells in a specific column by matching the date in that column to a certain date. In the attached file, I want to be able to hardcode all of the cells in a certain column where the text is colored blue down to row 73. The column would be selected by the the date in cell A1 matching the date in row 4. Feel like this might be kind of simple, but I am not very good with macros, so any and all help is appreciated.
