H Lookup index row update

Hi,

I have formula: =IFERROR(HLOOKUP($J$6,Takeoff!$AI$8:$ED$1008,2,TRUE),0)

I want the row index to update by 1 when I drag it down. I tried replacing the #2 with ROW(2) as suggested in other posts but I get an exception error "too many arguments". Can someone please help? I need to do this for 1000 rows!
