Get Data from Web Link with Power Query

I have a link to the website and I want to get a table of data with power query but for each date link doesn't change!

This is the link and i want to have rates for some date. could you please help me how can I get them automatically.

It's aspx page that heavily relies on cookies and session info, using PostBack to redraw page. Unless you have some API access to the site. PowerQuery isn't the right tool for scraping this site. Best bet is to pilot browser via VBA, python etc to scrape this site.
