Fuzzy Name Match Lookup

Hi,

I need help in lookup of a variable in another file where the mapping may have slightly different values.

For eg..
ALP MANUFACTURING in one file and
ALP MANU LTD. 1234556566 in the other file where I need the Number in the first file.

I cant download the excel extension due to administrative restrictions.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
