From ERP to report

Hi everyone,

I have this data that I refresh in excel coming from an erp system. I need to copy and paste data into an excel report every month. I have attached the file.
Is there a quicker way to do the report?

I see how it works, so does it mean that when the numbers on excel don't match with the numbers on erp system after I refresh my excel, does it mean there is discrepancy in the data or the link that was created doesn't work properly?

Seems that You've missed Pivot-table before this ...

Maybe You knows - how do some ERP works.
# After You'll have new data in Sheet1.
... and that table name is same as it's now.
# Select ReportExample-sheet
# From 'top-menu' > Data > Refresh All
> You should study Yourself more about Pivot-tables.

I have used pivot table, it's just that there is discrepancy with the data. I will check why this is the case. Thanks for the clarification.

Everytime I refresh the data in excel, it doesn't match that in the erp system

Isn't it Your task to get data to Excel (~Sheet1)?
and
after that, You could use Pivot-table to get Your report from it.
There are some challenges for others to guess - what do not match?
... if You could only write ... it doesn't match.
Your given sample data should be as Your real data.
