It was very hard to pick a name for this thread.
I'm an accountant and as such run Aging reports showing for each of our customer total of invoices over 30 days, over 60 days, 90 days. To aid in collections I do this in excel so we can sort the data so that the companies that are most urgent to contact are at the top.
As we are doing our collections we can make notes in our accounting system. The table can be dumped into excel by importing a csv file or an MSQuery within an excel spreadsheet.
I'll upload a CSV file. . . only two comments but this is the basic layout.
Here is what I want to do. The AR listing is basically a column of customer id and then columns of the total invoices over 30, over 60, over 90. I want to add four columns at the end which will have the last four customer comments for that customer.
I think I've seen this done with the "Large" function . . .
Any ideas?
