Formula to convert GMT to IST

Hi I have a column with date and time as given below. The time zone is in GMT and Now I need to convert this into IST.

4/26/2017 5:58:24 AM
4/26/2017 1:00:04 PM

Can some one help me with the formula ?

Assuming datetime value is in column A.

In B2: =A2+TIME(5,30,0)
