Need a formula on How to Autofill this column E so that the deadline time is automatically visible in Col E. Don’t want to copy the formula and paste in each cell or drag it

you will probably need VBA - if you dont want a formula to be in the cell
it can still be blank with and
=IF(A2="","", D2-Timevalue(whatever india time is )

and then copy down 1000 + cells - it will just show blank for empty cells

OR use a table and the formula will be autofilled when a new row is added

But will the timezone always be Sydney times - or will this change
how do you work out time zones

what version of Excel are you using ?

The last time you asked for help here, 4 people responded yet you didn't feed back/acknowledge anything at all. Will the same happen again in this thread?

What are Your correct expected result?
Something like below (with #2 reply's formula)

You should able to send a sample Excel-file to see - what are You doing?

What did mean Your previous snapshot (below)?

Why do Your sheet looks different than You've asked?
What is $X$2 in F-column? ... is it fine?
You could use (4.5/24) instead (4/24).
What was Your challenge?
>> Use Table to get those formulas ... as written in reply #2.
