I want to write a formula in excel to assign a number to a sum of cells in a row that when reaching a criteria it stops adding the following cells, and the number assigned no longer shows. I am attaching the excel file and the formula i tried is this =IF(SUM($J$10:J$10)=$E$10,$E$11,0) but it is not working.

The 300 should only be assigned to year 5 and then the following cells should be zero because the upper row at year 5 already reched the price assigned which is 10.
