Formula required to show the amount based on the payment to the vendors

I am having 2 sheets one is summary and another sheet is a payment made to vendors, in summary, I want the payment details as per the details mentioned I can do with the pivot table but I want to find out amount using formula. please do the needful

In "Amount paid summary" Sheet, C6, copied across and down :

p.s. It is just a idiot password, and after tested for 2 times to open.
