Formula for Date Convert to Month in Pivot Table

can possible for Date Field in pivot table convert in to Month field by Formula only because i use both field in pivot table.

You can right-click a date field and choose to group it by whatever durations you like (within reason).

Perhaps, from the row or column section, delete the original date field to end up with the "month" field only.
Please for future threads always upload a file, so we can see what the issue is and provide better guidance. I'm guessing you already did what Debaser suggested to do. But the opposite may be true.
