Form Controls in Excel

I am a non-IT person (cannot work on VBA etc.) and using excel for quite some time. I regularly use Form Controls and by now I am really tired looking at these old fashioned controls. Can someone please help me knowing how can I get more beautiful and sort of stylish form controls? I would love to have free stuff :)

You can use any shapes as basic buttons, including grouping them together to make complex shapes/colors include pictures etc. You can then apply macros to them.

This won't help you with the complex form controls.
 
Thanx Hui. Actually I am looking for some sliders, option buttons etc. But yes I can use some shapes to create some innovative buttons.
