My overall performance target is 80%.
If I close the case within 5 working days, this case will be categorized as within target, otherwise will be exceed target (Table 1). I want to forecast how many within target cases I need to close and how many cases that I can exceed target to achieve overall 80% target. I have the total pending cases within target and exceed target (Table 2). The performance must be 80% and above. Very much appreciate your help.
