FINDING same data (but NOT use "Remove" Duplicates)

Greetings:
Obviously I have a simplified sheet for simplicity.
I manually highlighted what I mean by duplicate rows.
Where I work, I could have like over 4,000 rows of data of addresses that are like this.
Can you show me another method to find them? Thank you!

Problem with your data is that your rows are not exact duplicates. It is more about almost the same.
from your sample is seems manageable with conditional formatting and some helper formulas I've hidden in the name manager.
But I don't have a unique colour per matching values.
