Find the count from the Percentage

Overall we received the 6705 counts of requests in that, 5873 requests met the due date & 832 requests are not met the due date.

The success % of the request is 87.59%.

My question is what will be count for 90% to meet the success %?

For Eg: I did it manually with the lowest numbers. Kindly refer to the attached file.

... How to find upper cell 16? ... or how to find lower cell 16? ... which You have manually updated.
What do You really would like to find?
