Filtering a table using a dynamic drop down?

I am working on creating an interactive dashboard that filters data through a drop down list on the dashboard then displays it alongside the Scatter plot chart.

Basically the user would select the Clinic and/or the Provider which would then display the filtered list and scatter plot connected to it.

I am using Excel 2010 so pivot tables dont work well with scatter plots. I have attached a sample sheet of what i had in mind.

Any direction would be great.

thanks

Yes thats exactly what I had in mind. I see that you connected the graph to the data results.. how did you get the drop down to produce the results?

thanks so much and happy new year @vletm

i see that this is a vba solution... is it possible to do this within excel?

... produce the results
I tried to change as less as possible Your sheets and this is one solution.
After selections, it compares and copies those answers to the 1st sheet also
it hide unused rows.
... with in excel
I think so, if You like to formulas and formulas ..., but I do these this way.

Hi ,

See the attached file. I have not connected the chart to the data display.
