File Linking

I 've two excel file and

the first file -data
second file - data (linking) from the first file

I need your help, if I changing the data in the second it should automatically (via marco or formula) change the first file.

I would appreciate if you could help on this

am attaching the file (data file), is it possible to change from the second file to first or vice-versa with the same format
