Extract data from a matrix

Dear Excel Experts,

I'm trying to figure out how to use formula to extract data column from a matrix but without luck. A sample data is attached. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In K6, formula copied across right and down :

=IF(K$5="","",IFERROR(INDEX($B$1:$D$15,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$1:$A$15)/($A$1:$A$15=K$5),ROW(A1)),MATCH(LOOKUP("zz",$K$3:K$3),$B$1:$D$1,0)),""))

Took me a few moments to figure this out. A touch of Bosco...


I really hope all members you help do take the time to analyse your solutions to fully understand them. Have to admit I don't do this enough myself.
You definitely show a path of excelling at formula writing. You could write a book on it: excel functions beyond the obvious.
