Excel To do list with Priorities

Dear Team,

I was working on a development of Excel To do list with priorities & same is attached for your ready reference.

I am currently struck in the following parameters which I thought the Ninjas can help me please...

1. Pending List contain the list of activities to be completed as of now.
2. Sheet2 contains the formula to determine the % of completion which will be shown in the graph in "Pending list" sheet.
3. Completed Task sheet will have the details of items got completed over a period of time.

When we complete a task & mark as complete in "Pending list" sheet, I need one macro with a button assigned to do the following once clicked:

1. Copy only the completed details line from "Pending List" sheet & paste it in "Completed Tasks" sheet.
2. Clear the contents of completed lines in "Pending list" sheet, Sort the details according to "Allocated on" column (Oldest to Newest).

This task will give me only the "In progress" task in the Pending Sheet rest will be safely available in Completed task sheet.

Attaching the file for your perusal.

Thanks

S Rajesh

Hi Soumendra,

Thanks for your Macro.

However, there is one logic which is wrongly defined resulting in #REF error in 2nd Sheet while the "Transfer Data" button is clicked.

Probably, you have deleted the details in "Pending List" sheet which is impacting the 2nd sheet.

Is it possible to use "Clear Contents" on that & then sort it by the details according to "Allocated on" column (Oldest to Newest). This where I am really struck as I too was getting #REF error.

Hope you can provide your expert help on the same..

Thanks

S Rajesh
