Hi, my mom is selling her home/all pesonal household goods and going into independent living. I want to show my mom what her net worth is after she liquidates, etc. In other words, how long she can living in the independent living facility without being kicked out for non-payment of monthly rent! Does anyone have an Excel spread sheet that would help me show my mom her small SS income, her investments, the net procedes from sellng her home, car, etc., and then conversly her monthly rent, her cable, her meds, etc.?
